I am Senior Vice President and General Counsel of InterGen N.V., a global
energy company operating in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Mexico and
Australia. Our assets include thermal generation plants, wind farms, gas
pipelines, gas compression stations, and transmission lines. We also maintain
an active pipeline of development projects.
In my role as General Counsel I am responsible for all matters relating to legal, governance,
compliance, ethics and enterprise risk management. Additionally
this includes oversight of our insurance, internal audit, anti-fraud and
anti-corruption programs. I am a Management Board member and the
Corporate Secretary for our parent company, InterGen N.V. and have a
director role in 50+ of our subsidiary entities.
As a member of InterGen’s senior executive team, I am also responsible for
setting and executing the Company’s long term strategy. This involves
marrying our vision, mission and core values with the strategic goals of our
shareholders. As a leader in the Company, I consider this one of the most
important things I do to ensure our success.
