Leigh Sebastian serves as General Counsel, providing strategic legal leadership across electric utility services, water services, and complex financial operations. With oversight of a team of 15 in-house attorneys and outside counsel, she ensures comprehensive legal support across a diverse and evolving energy portfolio.
Her experience spans coal, natural gas, wind, and hydroelectric generation, where she has guided legal strategy for operations, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. Leigh leads litigation efforts involving power purchase agreements, federal regulatory matters, groundwater permitting, and insurance claims—bringing clarity and direction to highly technical and high-stakes proceedings.
