Matt Dorsen

Director, Development Special Projects – West for Enel Green Power North America, Inc.

Matthew (“Matt”) Dorsen serves as the Director of Development Special Projects – West for Enel Green Power North America, Inc. Prior to joining Enel, Matt was a practicing attorney who specialized in assisting renewable energy developers through the entire lifecycle of projects in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Iowa. As a result, Matt has direct experience with M&A transactions; wind, solar, and battery storage agreements; local, state, and federal permitting and regulatory coordination; local, state, and federal tax incentives; state government affairs; stakeholder outreach; oil and gas coordination; landowner coordination; as well as title and title curative measures.

Matt graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and from South Texas College of Law Houston with a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
