The session will also include time for personal reflection\, giving participants the opportunity to examine real-world situations and consider how they can better serve their teams and stakeholders. \n\n\n Speaker\nVanessa Martin-Wegryn\nSolar Practice Lead\, Leidos \nVanessa Martin-Wegryn is the Solar Practice Lead at Leidos\, where she leads a team responsible for developing long-term generation forecasts for solar assets\, reviewing PV module and inverter technologies\, supporting solar project performance testing\, and assessing the overall health of operating solar assets. \nA Colorado native\, Vanessa began her career as a distribution engineer designing electrical and gas distribution systems before transitioning into independent engineering consulting\, where she managed power projects across thermal and solar technologies.
